I’ve been having so much fun with watercolors lately that I felt inspired to rework my original design of “Honey Bunny.” Soon, I’ll transfer it to a white shirt for my little girl to wear ~ stay tuned! For now, here is the before (left) … and after (right)!
I played with the digitized version of my original linocut and created this version for my daughter’s light pink t-shirt! I quite like the quality of these Bella Baby shirts (and plan to offer them for sale (soon!)) and I am very happy with this new variation of my original linocut design!
One of my favorite designs, modeled by my newly walking 11 month old!! You can see more designs on my Etsy shop! And don’t forget to follow my Art & Design page on Facebook! Thank you and Happy Spring!
One of my designs for lizzy + bobby! It’s something I’ve been doodling since girlhood so it’s super fun making it into a real design for my own infant daughter’s onesies (and then to sell)! I’ve decided the launch date for the lizzy + bobby Etsy shop will be the first day of Spring (March 20th). Seems perfect ~ the beginning of a wonderful, energetic, reviving season ~ in more ways than one. But, that means I have less than 2 weeks to pull everything together. A great challenge! Wish me luck!
(p.s. sorry for the double post, but seems my earlier post disappeared!)
I’m working on designs for baby onesies and, later, toddler t-shirts. I’m really excited. The process has totally reinvigorated my creativity. The name of the kids clothing line is “lizzy + bobby,” which were my husband’s and my nicknames as children. I’m sharing below logo ideas (will also be the tag) along with the two designs I have so far (to help you get a sense of the style). I could really use input from readers! Thank you!
